Gore-Tex® Performance Shell

Gore-Tex® Performance Shell is the ulitmate in waterproof breathable protection, with a highly durable face fabric making the Stormfront Jacket and Pant the ultimate in extreme weather protection.

Construction

• Combination of soft and high-performance face textiles, membranes, and special lining.
• 2-layer construction: a specific GORE-TEX® membrane is bonded to the outer material and protected on the inside by a separate lining.
• 3-layer construction: a specific GORE-TEX® membrane is bonded to an outer material and an inner lining.
• Unique GORE-TEX® liners may be used to further enhance fabric performance and comfort.
• Special GORE-SEAM® tape technology ensures all seams are 100% waterproof.

Gore-Tex® Paclite Shell

Paclite Shell is used in Sitka's lightest weight jacket and pant, the Stormfront Lite and Downpour Series. Gore's new GORE-TEX® Paclite Shell is highly waterproof and breathable, but now boasts stretch. You now have the lightest, most packable piece with full weather protection.

Construction

• Face fabric made of high-performance polyester or nylon.
• Membrane covered by a protective layer made of an oleophobic (oil-hating) substance and carbon.

WINDSTOPPER® Soft Shell

WINDSTOPPER® Soft Shell garments offer total windproofness with maximum breathability, combining the comfort of a soft mid-layer and the water resistance of a shell in one garment. WINDSTOPPER® Soft Shells keep you comfortable with the freedom of movement you need for enhanced performance in the widest range of hunting and weather conditions.

PRIMALOFT

Developed to capture maximum heat with minimum weight, Sitka's Kelvin line of insulation pieces focus on high heat-to-weight ratios. The warmest pieces are designed to layer under one of the soft or hard shell pieces. All utilize Primaloft's superior synthetic loft material.

NEXT-TO-SKIN | ATB Silver

SUPER DRY and SUPER STRETCH are the first two layers to touch your skin. They are there to move moisture away from your skin.

Sitka’s next-to-skin fabrics with ATB-100 Silver effectively combat body odour by inhibiting the growth of odour causing bacteria in the fabric. ATB-100 Silver is not a surface treatment and contains no chemicals. It is pure silver, micro-encapsulated in the yarns that are knitted into the fabric construction. It will last for the life of the garment, is safe, natural, and offers permanent odour protection.
