Warranty Claims

When you buy from The Safari Supply Company you are covered by our 12 Month Warranty and the manufacturers warranty.

The Warranty covers any manufacturing fault, defect or failure that occurs within 12 months from the purchase date.  Damage or faults occuring due to misuse, accident or fair wear and tear are not covered by the 12 Month Warranty.

If the product is still under warranty then the cost of repair (and freight of the product to effect repair) will be at our expense.  If the product is out of warranty then we will assist with arranging repair, but it will be at your cost.

We will work through the following possible solutions in order;

1. We will first endeavour to repair the fault to new standard and return it to you at no cost.
2. If repair is not possible or practical, we will replace it with the same or a similar product.
3. If repair or replacement is not possible then you have the option of receiving a credit or refund.
