Affiliate

Contribute to and share in our success by becoming an affiliate of The Safari Supply Company Limited.

If you are a club looking to raise funds or have an electronic newsletter or website that has readers who are likely to be interested in our gear then becoming one of our affiliates may be of interest.  If you help us to promote our site and introduce new customers then we will pay you a commission.  Interested? Read the Terms & Conditions of the programme and click through to apply. Completing the application will be deemed acceptance of the programme’s Terms & Conditions.

We will review the application and your site and advise if you have been accepted and send you details of how it all works. Acceptance will not be withheld unreasonably, but we do reserve the right to decline any application from a potential affiliate.

Terms & Conditions

Programme Structure

• The commission rate is 5% on all orders placed by customers that you introduce to our site. You will receive 5% of the final price the new customer pays for the products. If a commission earning transaction is refunded or cancelled then the commission earned will also be deducted.
• You will earn commission on purchases by the people that you introduce even if they make the first purchase after their first visit.  There is no expiry on the cookie, but some people do remove these from their computer from time to time.
  
• You will also earn the commission on each subsequent purchase by that person.
• Payments will be made by Direct Credit or via a pre-loaded Prezzy Card for international affiliates. The minimum payment is NZ$50.
• You will need to provide a Tax Invoice for the amount you would like paid out. Please include the GST number if you are GST registered.
• You will be able to login and get the appropriate codes to load to your website and eNewsletters and also review the traffic that you have generated and any commissions earned.

Your Practice of the Programme

You may use The Safari Supply Company affiliate links on your webpages and in emails to your friends/members/customers.
Do not send unsolicited email messages (Spam) containing our affiliate links, do not submit the links to search engines and do not use the affiliate links in contextual advertising such as Google AdWords. We will not tolerate unethical behaviour, this will result in the termination of the Agreement and forfeiture of any commissions. We reserve the right to investigate our affiliates and their actions and, at our discretion, determine if unethical behaviour has occurred.

Term of the Agreement

The agreement commences when we accept your affiliate application and it ends when terminated by either party. Either party can terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Once the agreement is terminated you will no longer earn commissions, but any existing commissions over the minimum payment will be paid.

Changes to the Agreement

We may at our sole discretion and at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement. Changes will be made by updating this document to reflect the new Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation in the programme following any change to the Terms & Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

The Safari Supply Company Limited will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Programme will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its Terms and Conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the programme and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
